FRIENDS: How do I add them?
Adding friends in GeoCrowd is easy. On the Map Screen press My Friends and in the search bar type the name of the friend you want to add.
You can also connect your Facebook, Linked In, or Twitter account and see which of your friends or followers have GeoCrowd as well, but are not your friend yet.
FRIENDS: How do I invite them?
Inviting friends to GeoCrowd can be done in a couple ways. If you search for a user that does not show up, you can either send an invitation to their email address or send invite them via Facebook. Alternatively you can send these invites in the Settings screen of GeoCrowd.
PRIVACY: Who sees my location?
User Privacy is a primary concern of GeoCrowd. Your location will only be shared with individual friends on your GeoCrowd list that you have approved. Other GeoCrowd friends will not see your location unless you approve them.
PRIVACY: How do I share my location with some friends but not others?
At the bottom of every GeoCrowd friend profile, there is a slider that allows you to share or hide your location. Notes and photos will still be shared with designated recipients but your location will only be shared with the friends you choose.
PRIVACY: How do I disable my GPS so no one can see my location?
To disable your GPS track tap the Triangle Button (top left on map screen), activate the green slide bar. When the bar is gray and reads "GPS Off", you are no longer being tracked.
